I made a batch of boudin today with his seasoning and it turned out amazing. I have made boudin a couple rumors trying different recipes and this one is it. Thanks for an awesome product with detailed instructions on how to make it.

We used his oyster dressing recipe for thanksgiving and it was awesome!

How spicy is it?

I don't do spicy at all and can make a meal out of this. It does have a little bite but not bad at all. We made it yesterday and tried it as we went along. After everything was put together we tried it with about 60% of the seasoning just to make sure it wasn't to spicy and left it at that. I let it chill overnight in the fridge and this morning it was bland and not spicy at all after resting overnight. Today I added the rest of the seasoning then stuffed and smoked it and it is awesome.
