Got my little brother in a ladder stand over looking a food plot. And I'm paying back up with the 308 bout 80 yards away in my double bull. Good and happy thanksgiving to everyone.

Huntstand said that's about 112 yds. Hoping the Savage 12 BVSS in 300WSM shooting Barnes TTSX has enough legs to get the job when it gets there :-)

Went out this morning and it was 37 degrees with a swirling light NW/W wind. I saw 20 deer yesterday evening but only 4 bucks. This morning I saw 12 deer but only 4 doe/fawns. Bucks are roaming right now and looking at every doe. They moved from daylight till 8:40. Nothing mature moving the past 2 days. Oldest buck has been 3.
