Need help with an IPhone video

My son took a great video of a buck with his IPhone and sent it to me to post on TBH. I emailed it to myself and when I try to save it, I'm not doing something right. When I tried to do the "save as" function, it put it into a folder that I think is a movie folder. It appears I need to name it and save it as "mov". Anyway, that didn't work. Then I saw a "video" folder but don't know how to save it there if that's what I'm supposed to do. Anyone got any ideas?

Not sure what you mean by Camera Roll. Is there a folder in my computer called Camera Roll??

I guess I mean save the video to your phone...on my iPhone I can save any pics or videos texted to me to my phone.

Once saved, I can access the YT app and upload the video.

Can I do that on TBH. I know how to upload photos, just never tried the video thing.
