I need to find a Man for my Sister

My sister just left her husband and I'm going to try and find her a good man. The way I figure it, a guy with about 1000 acres of hunting land should be good enough. Bonus points if you have a weekend house on a nice lake or the bay. I'll be pre screening all applicant and I do take bribes.
