    Hunters ed.

My daughter is 25 and has shown an interest in hunting deer. She's been around hunting all her life but this is the her first interest in actually shooting something her self. Does she need hunters education, or is it for 'kids'?

Yes and she can do the online version on TPWD web site

She can also use a 1 year exemption this year if she want to hunt with you

Yup, if the kiddo was born after Sept 1 of '71 they'll need the Hunter's Ed course.

If you do the online one do you still have to do a field day part like the bow ed?

If the person taking the class is over 17 no, under 17 it is my understanding that they do need the field day. My son finished the online class but being 9 does have to take the field day
