Amazon fire stick for primary tv watching?

We have one on each TV. Prime Videos, NetFlix, HBO Now, and Kodi we love it, the only reason we even got HBO is that my bride wanted it. I will never have Cable or Direct TV again, spending less than $40 per month including the Amazon Prime membership. I'm not including internet access, as we would have that anyway.
