My question is, what is the possession limt at home in your freezer? Same question on Ducks/Geese.

Possession limit for doves at home in your freezer is 45. More than that, you need to cook and eat some. Same for all migratory birds.

Once processed and back at your house I don’t think anyone would care for dove unless they have reason to believe you were breaking the law prior to....as for your other question, I think just 1 and your going to have some explaining to do [emoji12]

I’m screwed then. I’ve got a hundred at least. We dove hunt a lot. But we also cook 50 at a time when I fire up the pit!

And yes the Fed is strict on possession limits of migratory birds which includes at home in your freezer. And TPWD is not above telling the Feds..
