Buda Bargain Cave find!

I found one of these seats in the Buda Cabelas Bargain Cave. It was marked reg $59.99 and reduced to $51.99. I asked the guy if anything was missing. He took out his pocket knife and opened the box. It looked like everything was there and the seat was new/unused! He then proceeded to put another price tag sticker over the one that was on there and priced the thing at $37.09! A savings of $22.90 under original price!
As far as I can tell,Cabelas doesn't even carry these seats!

Those seats have been discontinued, Cabela's stopped carrying them.
