Little did you know that REDEMPTION was going to be hard-earned and sweet all at the same time. Congrats on a Beautiful Buck...

Thanks fellas for all the good words. I'll do a small write up on the event to put words to the rodeo when I get back to the house this weekend.[emoji23] It was certainly a story that will be told around the campfire for years to come. [emoji23][emoji23]. That being said, I hope I go another 10 years like the previous 10 without an event like this again[emoji23]

We sure as hell did for the first track before the dogs and had to make a decision to walk back to the blind or towards camp with phone batteries dying and poor signal which meant no GPS or compass. [emoji23]
We had a general feel where we were. But in tall oaks with a new moon sky it was an interesting walk out[emoji23]. Plus those **** rocks are hell on your knees and ankles. Everybody woke up this morning in camp sore as hell[emoji23]
Matt told us to just hang out at the feedpen, they'd get it done. Lance and Stephen wanted to watch the dog work. My fatass was beatdown so the rest of us hung out at the feedpen and waited like he suggested.
