maybe they need more hog hunts every year.

I don't think more traditional style hog hunts would work. They need to have the helicopters come in several times per year. Right now they are only doing it once a year. I bet if they had hunters pay to go up in the bird to shoot, that would help offset the cost.

They did a helicopter hunt earlier this year and killed over 400 pigs, and they did 2 hunts the year before that. They can do helicopter hunts, and they would like to do more, but they can't afford it.

Rick Cantu has moved up to Oklahoma I think. Hag has a new manager. Can’t remember his name at the moment. Helped him speak about Hagerman last spring at CCR before the qualifier. Seems like a good guy.

The whirlybird works, they did it in our neck of the woods when the pigs got bad in the 2000's and killed like 900 of them.
