Saw tall rack buck at 10:30 to far and thick.
My buddy saw 7pt at 1:20pm. I just had flock of turkeys come by 3:00.

I hunted Goode this morning. Went in 2 miles to just see one doe. Did hear grunting on a ridge line up above me though. After ya’lls widow maker comments I discovered a dead limb above my stand that made me decide I’d rather not gamble. In Godwin now, way back. Helps having a portable stand!

Worst part of all of this is that I leave to hunt Lake Meredith Monday! [emoji37]

Happened to me last year guys.....hard north wind all day Friday until it laid about 4:45, by 5:15 I had a buck on the ground! Sit tight, this evening should be good.
