    New Feeder setup results

Couple months ago I setup my corn feeder with a Game Winner gravity feeder from Academy. I did not think it would get this much attention so fast so I don't even have a spot setup to hunt yet. Here are a few of the pics of the couple thousand I got over the last month.

Hogs laying under feeders = hog panels and arrows flying!

Your are self feeding corn? if so you aren't worried that they will mostly feed at night?

I was worried about them mostly feeding at night but I do see some activity during daylight so I will take the chance that they will show up while Im there. This is the first time I have done self feeding and its getting alot more attention that my timed feeders.

I plan to hunt it on my next trip. I was hunting my other property because I didn't think it would be this productive so soon after setup.

That spike is on my hit list but I may wait for the extended spike and antlerless season for him.

I would agree that it will definitely get more attention having free choice. I just know where we are we have to cut them off the protein or we will never see them in the daylight. Every place is different I would imagine.

Maybe the hogs will dominate at night and force your deer to come in daylight! Lol. Sure seems to be better deer movement around Bertram than I've seen in a long time. My little boy was fortunate to kill a really mature buck opening weekend over towards oatmeal. Good luck this season!
