Especially if he's from Zapata area, big deer there. Funny how someone post wanting help with age and when you give them your opinion they say your wrong. Well if you know how old he is why ask? IMO healthy 3 year old. If you want to call him 4....ok

Looks like a 3 yr old and looks to be mid 140's as 5x6 from those pics. Really nice young buck.

I'd say 3.5 to 4.5, but had to tell without looking at other bucks in the area, tines are relatively short when compared to the ears, I'd say mid 140's.
Great deer, if you don't have too much outside pressure from other hunters, I would try to wait, if you are on a small tract with outside hunters, I would take him out.
