Anyone with a tracking dog around Lubbock?

I have a good friend that shot a good buck this morning in Garza County with a rifle. He said he hit him good quartering away at 180 yds. Didnt find blood for a while but have found some now. The area is tall grass and I told him I would help him find a dog if he needed. I sent him the list of folks on the tracking dog thread, but wanted to know if someone had one closer to Lubbock or Post.

I know they both have good dogs, but not sure if they will come out or just use them for their own big leases they are on.

How about read the original post. I specifically mentioned that I had already sent him the list of guys from the tracking dog thread for his area. I was simply asking if anyone knew of someone else in that area.

Probably not as the area is mostly CRP with tall grass

This. Matt came out for my sons buck in Garza county. His dogs had it in 15 minutes. Great guy.

I don't know if he still has the dog that was capable of it, but when I was in school up there guiding hunts, I exchanged messages a few times with Playa on here and he had a Draathar that was capable of blood trailing. Might reach out to him.
