I've read/heard in a couple of obscure reports that he has been told he will be let go after this season. I haven't seen anything that appears to be rock solid news though.

I figured this thread would be all over it??

I would keep a close eye on Pederson at Washington. Not sure why he would want to take the Bama beating either but our AD and him have a close relationship. Just a thought that might be in play.

If Jimbo wants to leave they just need to payout the Assistant Coaches somewhere between 5-8MM

I have heard closer to 8-9M which is a ton in buyout money and it’s due in 30 days. Sumlin is owed 10-11M plus another 2-3M for assistant coaches. Sumlin’s is due in 60 days vs paid out over years (like other coaches). So it’s 20-23M to make a move with almost all of that in 60 days.

I know, I know writing a $20M check is easy for A&M but schools do have to take it into consideration as it’s a lot of money.
