    Need some help .....

I got on a new lease this year (approx. 650 acres), we have a LOT of young bucks. But what has me confused is that the most/majority of them have NO BROW TINES.

Is this simply generics or is it because they are all young?

Here is a few examples: What do you all think?

Genetic trait. My old lease had a bunch of them like that and the LO wanted us to shoot them all 3.5 or older.

That 2nd buck has great brows.

Is just in that genetic pool around your area. I wouldn’t worry about it.
Let all those bucks grow up and kill them when they are old and grey. Don’t worry about culling for brow tines. IMO

        No brow tines

Isn't south of Bracketville area,is it. Hunted south of there for about 10 years. Killed some big body weight deer but almost all of them had no brows or little brow tines. Genetics.
