Just take her to court. Judge won't appreciate her attitude. And it will set the rules going forward. And if your friend decides to go for 50/50 at some point, a record of this won't be bad to have.
Yeah, most judges dont put up with stuff like this. Really shows her true colors. She's only hurting the kid. Well, she'll be hurting herself once the judge hears about it too lol
