Man today was a lot. We knocked off a lot of the project list but busted our butt doing it. Tomorrow we can put this place back together and get it looking right. We only had to make two trips to town!
Karla was money on paint today.
We raised our bed to get the mattress / sheets away from the electrical plugs. I haven’t liked that so we fixed it. Of course I was four cinder blocks short and we couldn’t find one in Graham this evening so we had to come up with something.

Looking good!
You should be ok in this particular application, but blocks have very little strength when they’re turned on their side like that. Almost 10x less than if they were rotated 90 degrees in fact. Just a little FYI in case you ever use them to support a structure or something.

We added an air purifier and I think it makes a difference. The air seems really "crisp" inside with it.

It does really well with the two AC / Heat units. It does not take long to cool down or heat up. When you add in a fan, it really helps push the cool air around. We wanted to maintain the container look on the wall instead of doing paneling or wood. This also saved us 6-8" inches of space too.

Yours really turned out well! Great use of space

It really feels spacious. I was worried it would feel to small but the high ceilings really help out. I wanted to maximize how many people I could sleep (3 Queen beds and a futon) and still make it feel functional if it was just us there.
I’m having an 18’x18’ porch put on the front hopefully next week.
