Well it didn’t happen this morning. She’s heading back home. I’m very proud of her this season. She had 3 different deer in the scope and it just didn’t work out. We saw a ton of deer but passed a lot of broaderline 13” bucks. We had some bad luck, bad weather but she stuck it out for her first hunting season.

We still may sneak out here for a hunt for her before it ends. I’m staying to hunt so probably have shooters running all over the place tonight! Thanks for following along but this sucker is not over yet.

I hunted till noon and saw two bucks and 4 does. No shoot opportunities so I’m back in the stand after a quick trip to Whataburger
