I'm assuming you guys have a walk-in cooler so that you can just gut/hang or gut/skin/hang for awhile and break down later. If you're having to get 4-5 deer into ice chests asap after shooting, that's double tough.
We have a walk in cooler but I hate wrestling with cold deer I break them down fresh I have a Milwaukee cordless skill saw with the guard pulled back and I can get the legs chopped, head off, and start my skin runs before I hang them. I am not the fastest but I have a system that gets it done.

Dude, you are a bada** breaking all those deer down!
Are you using a winch or your utv and the “golf ball” method for skinning? I’ve got to get my skinning operation streamlined...
One thought: I’m sure you’re careful but I’d hate for you to cut your hand or arm with the guard-less circular saw. Especially risky if you’re out there on your own and a long way from the hospital. (I worked on a framing crew as a kid and saw lots of scars) I use a recip saw /sawzall, and it’s not as easy to operate one-handed a circular saw, but you might consider it.

Just strip skinning them with hand and knife but I am not opposed to working smarter.
