I called yesterday at around 8£pm and guy told me it would be fixed in about 2 hrs. That's was yesterday, this morning it is still not working..

Has anyone else called and have a a recent update?

Dropped them when they were TWC becauze my Internet would just go out for a couple hours for no reason every few days.

There is a Spectrum outage in the DFW, Austin and SA areas.* I think it may be part of an even larger Level 3 outage.
