They all look wide from behind, especially when their ears are back. I would guess 18" on this one and might be way off.

Antlers always look bigger from the back. You can judge by the ears on the deer. Google search how to score deer on the hoof.

he has his ears laid back which makes him look wider than he is 17-19 inch
