aluminum or carbon arrow? aluminum you should just be able to heat the shaft and pull the insert with a pair of pliers. carbon, prolly not. it is proll super glued in, and that is just bad. good luck

i read this on at the other day and it said to pull the nock out and put in a small drill bit just smaller than the arrow and swing the arrow down so the drill bit slaps the insert and it will knock it out. i tried it with an old arrow at work yesterday and it knocked out the insert that had been goat tuffed in without damageing the arrow.
