yes you can. take that LTC and sell for BTC. once you have BTC you can buy it.

Googke bitstamp and click account, once you do that go through the verification process (go to buy/sell in top right) and there is a place to create a peyment account.

Trying to get verified on Bitttrex. Uploaded passport and refreshed 10min later. Now it looks like I have to start from scratch again. Gonna give it more time.

I got set up on CB and bought LTC. Been trying for 3 Days to get verified with Bittrex, Trying again this morning
