I guess I’ll leave $10 in coinbase just to watch it go up or down as a better quick reference guide on the app. Currently trying to figure out how to buy ripple with my ETH, I know it was in this thread somewhere......

From reading back, it looks like several are using Bittrex. I am using Binance, simply based on some online reviews (which are not always reliable in my opinion).

We all know the risk, we knew of the risk years ago for some of us. We knew of the risk months ago. Now we are in the game and learning.

Now I have made a few hundred bucks and having fun.

Anyone cashed out or bought anything with their profits? My neighbor is up around $90K, so the first think I asked him was if he cashed out his original investment. Big nope. I suggested he might at least do that to minimize your risk.

If you guys can buy tangible goods or cash out some money, I would invest into some land or a higher valued home. Diversify that wealth.

You have to send BTC, or Bitcoin, from your Coinbase account to Bittrex. Go to BTC in Bittrex Wallet section, hit the + sign to left. It will display an address. Copy that address. Go over to Coinbase. Click Account. Under BTC you should see send. Click the send button and paste the address you copied over on Bittrex. Specify amount you want to transfer. Hit send and wait for the funds to show on Bittrex. Once they show there you will be able to use those to buy Ripple.

So trying to add my debit card to Coinbase this morning they advised I would receive 2 small charges against my card and I needed to enter those amounts. Sounds easy, right? Well they applied 3 charges to my card and evidently trying to guess which combination of charges to use I exceeded the maximum number of entries for the day so I have to try again in 24 hours.

This is so **** stupid. How can it be so difficult? I can plainly see that even the guys who've been doing this a little while have trouble.
