I wish I would be more into learning about crypto but at this stage of my game I am not into learning anything new in the financial stuff. I have a couple grand in bitcoin that that i opened an account for $400 a while back. I am just going to attempt to cruise on into death/home plate with what I have done the last 40 plus years. I know some folks that appear to have done well for themselves per them telling me about it and reading on here. Go for it and good luck!Last edited by tps7742; 12-03-2024, 07:52 PM.

My wife had a Roth IRA, and I had a small traditional IRA that I converted to a Roth a few years ago. I put those accounts into cryptos a few years ago. If it goes to zero it won’t change our lives. But if we see continued exponential growth in crypto over the next few years, it could be a huge tax free pot of money down the road.

It's kind of funny that anyone can create any coin they want, no matter how stupid. Then we get to watch all the idiots that bought in say it was a scam. Like, what did you think it was if not a scam? LOL geez.

She rugged the coin.
From google A.I.
"rugging" a coin, which refers to a cryptocurrency scam where developers abruptly abandon a project and take investors' money, is widely considered unethical and fraudulent, its legality depends on the specific jurisdiction and circumstances, meaning it may or may not be illegal depending on the laws in place and how the scam is executed; it could potentially violate securities laws, consumer protection laws, or anti-money laundering regulations depending on the situation.
I think her 15mins if fame is about up. She might be in a lot of trouble.

So aggravating. About once a year I attempt to pull my money out of Binance only to capitulate and quit on it. Im about ****** enough to spend all day if I have to in order to get this done. My bitcoin is in Binance. They say I have to have a Binance.us account. Create that but it still says Im in restricted area. I cant transfer my bitcoin out of binance because I have to verify my account which cant be done because Im in the US. I havent gone through the 495 pages of info to see if this has been addressed yet. Anyone have the process figured out?

" it could potentially violate securities laws"
Love how it's only a security when they want to use that against someone. But IRS and SEC say it's not a security.
I'd say she did nothing illegal. She did what 20,000+ other crap coins have done. Maybe since she's semi high profile they harp on it more?
Either way, someone has to be full retard if they invested all their money in this coin.
