Did the site provide a hash # for your withdrawal transaction? If so enter it into the block explorer site and see if it has any confirmation. If it does, then open a support ticket with the deposit site and tell them to fix it. If there are no confirmations then you need to wait for a miner to include it in a block for the first confirmation. Don't worry too much about deposits, sometimes they take a bit, you have not lost your money.... This morning I finally had a deposit of xmr show up in my poloniex account 48 hours after the first confirmation. It's the holidays and most have minimal support staff working.
