    Hunting fail...thanks Rip cord rest

Well have not been seeing much action this season.

At the end of my sit, I will release a practice arrow.
Sunday morning getting late I had squirrels under the feeder.
Took a thirty yard shot and fletching rip off arrow and arrow flutters off target.

I check my rest and it is dropping in slow motion.

Well this gets me bummed out, what happens next is worse...

I had started to fix up the inside of my brush blind and I look up and a nice meat spike is 10 yards away, unaware u am. Asking all this noise.

    No bow to shoot.

So I guess I am in the market for a new rest.

    Any recommendations?

Glad I took the shoot on the squirrels, would Ave been bad if I had shot at the spike.
