I'm gonna be moving to an area with decent deer herd..I'll have just over 1.5ac but I have a big dog that thinks everything is out to kill us...do they get used to each other or is he gonna run them all off?
I'm assuming the deer find the areas that dogs don't bother them?

Fence the dog in. The deer will get used to him.

When I hunted next to a subdivision, dogs barking was my alarm to pay attention that the deer were moving. They would walk between houses and out into a field I hunted. The dogs would go nuts but the deer kept walking.

Well the park was meh. Only rattled up 2 and I don’t blame them as who wants to go to a fight when there’s 5-6 single ladies for every dude lol

Then I went back to a familiar subdivision where I found a couple better ones including the big 8 from the first go round

Saw the big 8 last night as I was leaving Granny Pats house, god he's pretty!
