Just got word the company I work for is about to come down on "dads with visitation"
We've been working overtime (thankfully) and I have to leave at my normal cutoff at 5:00pm every Wednesday & every other Friday.
That includes myself and two other divorced dads I work along side.
Just heard through the pipeline that we may have to make "other arrangements" due to the work load.
I work late every opportunity I get, even on days I'm not scheduled.
I am wrong to be disappointed in my employer, or do I have a leg to stand on?
I want to see my son, I hate being kept from him.
