    There are lots of ranches signed up for MLD tags that shouldn't be.

          The landowner or his designee has to submit for the MLDP program. If neither one of them is sure or doesn't know then you aren't- you have to actively apply. Just because you were previously on LAMPS or one of the MLD programs doesn't mean that you are automatically on the new program. The local biologist should be able to verify.

            Asking the owner is the best way. But if you are sub leasing that could be hard to do.
