Looks canine for sure as others said with hunched back, color is kinda off and appears larger. Hopefully not somebody's pet dog.

All balled up with tail drawn way up under it

Probably an " outsider" and they are making it pay for getting caught on their turf
Yep it's a yote, look at the color, size and legs/paws.

Walking out Sunday morning I hit 2 yotes with my flashlight over by Southfork. As I got my .40 out they took off... Next time I’ll shoot

I took the camera off video mode about a week ago.

I'm leaning toward it being a yote also. I did see a real dark one a week ago and had a picture of him on the same camera. Unfortunately, I've already erased that picture.

              Thanks for the responses.

To me it looks like possibly another coyote or dog. I was looking at the lower end of the leg, it does not look like a hoof on the end of the leg, looks more like a dog's foot. Then the size is closer to the size of a coyote or dog. Interesting pictures.

These are some pictures I got about five years ago, of a young coyote, messing with a young buck. From the looks of the picture, the coyote was running around the buck, probably trying to come at it from the rear, but the buck seems to have fended off the coyote. I have seen a single coyote chase a doe over 500 yards one afternoon, when I got home from work one day. Don't know the outcome of that incident.
