Had a similar situation. I was in the back yard shooting my bow and my fiancé came out saying something about her kitty. I instantly put the bow down and rushed inside. We don’t own a cat.....

Don’t don’t know there was a competition. Lol. But if having common sense and understanding the long term repercussion of not putting the bow down makes me a winner, then I guess you’re right! [emoji1303]

Yes I did. I looked around to make sure the wife wasn't outside then I let the arrow fly. As soon as I did the back door flew open! I was being watched the whole time

She said a few choice words and then I can't believe you would actually shoot with my cat there.

I told her he needs to get in front of the target not on top of it. That way I would have a backstop

She didn't think it was funny.

Awesome. My wife always jokes about buying me a cat. Every time it comes up, I tell her "Yes, do it, I'll be able to have live target practice."
