I killed a beast of a 6pt last year, too. He counted as a cull per our criteria, but he is a 'trophy' cull to me. I was debating a shoulder mount on him, and my buddy told me, "You'll certainly kill higher scoring deer, but you'll probably never shoot another 6pt like that!" That sealed it for me, and I should be getting him back form the taxidermist soon.
