fox pro troubles!

I just got a fx3 call and the first 2 sounds will not play! please help!

Sounds like the 1st two sounds are missing. Have you downloaded the sounds to your computer. Wait go here......www.gofoxpro.com they have a fourm, post this there and someone with a heck of alot more know how will walk you through it.

They have excellent customer service. Give them a shout monday morning and they may let you download them free or send urs in and let you pick two

What sounds are in those two slots? Does 02 and the rest of the sounds work? Do you have all of your sounds backed up?
