Man I love me some Parisa, a saltine, and cold baby blue to wash it down.

We love it at my house. Been eating it for a long time. Our local meat market makes it every Friday morning.

I keep reading about it on here, but have yet to try it. What cut of beef do they usually make it from?

Klein's??
Alamo in Comfort makes a good batch every Thursday. Great lunch at the lease. It's a staple for us. I like a little tabasco on it as well.

Eye of round I believe. It’s hard to find these days unless you have an Alsatian butcher. A little lime juice goes on mine as well.

Tri County meat market on Ralph Fair. I have them make mine without onions.
