    Yes but get it at a butcher that has just been ground. Not at HEB in a package. You have to think FRESH!

        I never grind the ingredients up in the meat you just kneed it in. I use a electric chopper and chop up the onion, peppers, Serrano, jalapenos, then hand mix it in. I let it set in the fridge usually over night then incorporate the cheese right before you eat it. If you put the cheese in too soon it will get slimy.
