    Oak Tree Help Needed!

So I have two massive oak trees within my yard (1 in back and 1 in front) and when I got my home inspection the home inspector mentioned that the trees might need some looking at by an arborist, which i didn't have a problem with until i found out it would cost me about $300 just for the visit from this tree doctor!! Then treatment plans would be an additional expense ranging from $800 to $1500!

So before i go down that route I wanted to bounce my question in here and hopefully get some help with how to identify the issue and what to do to fix it.

    So the problem:
The only thing i can see on the trees is the leaves have a ton of little holes. I can't find any cocoons or moths or anything so i'm ruling out bugs.. Reading online I found a good amount information on Fungus. Now if its fungus, what product can I use to increase my oak tree health? I have put in the fertilizer stakes in 6 month increments and it looks like nothing is changing.

    Any help is appreciated..
