      Nice! I have followed and we have talked some. We met with our builders the other day and getting the ball rolling finally. Have to get the land surveyed and in our name (her parents are giving us some land) then we can get this sucker built.

      Love it when you meet with the builders and the only thing the wife says she wants "fancy" is the master bathroom.

                    After the post tension tendons have been pulled they should be cut off and grouted.
