Well that's all over the place on answers. I get it though. It depends on a lot of factors. Mine was a cull buck that needed to go. It made me grab my bow and it's in the freezer. Thanks for the responses. Here he is euro mounted.
I killed a 150 inch 8 a few weeks ago here in Missouri. There's a thread with pics if anyone cares to see it. But It takes a really good 8 to get to the mid 130s I think a 3 1/2 year old or older that's 120 or bigger is a **** good deer
In East Texas, any 13"+ deer is a good one for me. Last year I saw 4 deer the entire season, while hunting 4-5 sits/week. Haven't killed a buck on my property in 10 years.

I hunt near yellowpine. I've seen one mature buck in the last 8 years while on stand. He was tall, thick, and 12" wide. Good thing I draw a doe permit every year.

I consider him a nice 8 but would consider an 8 over the 140 mark as getting to a big 8.
But agree anything that makes your heart beat and adrenaline run is a shooter.
