Question for the Grim Reaper guys

I noticed on their website they say that their broadheads are tested to 320fps. Crossbow heads say they're tested to perform over 400fps.

I'm shooting a bow that has an IBO of 350fps, my draw weight is 70lb but my dl is 29, so I'm a little short of IBO but guessing I'm still going over 320fps, would I be better using a crossbow version?

I'm wanting to get 3 blade razorcut or the pro series. I did see that the pro series says it works on all compounds and crossbows, so I guess if I did that it would solve my problem. But, I think I prefer the look of the tip on the razorcut to the Pro Series pro tip.

No you don't need xbow heads. I highly doubt you're even touching 320fps. You arrow weight is likely a good bit over an IBO weight arrow. 1 3/8" razortip is my favorite

What's your arrow weight? IBO arrow weight is typically way under hunting arrow weight.

I think you'll be fine. I had new strings put on my bow and sent one of my hunting arrows in with it and it chrono'd somewhere in the 330's and I shoot all the reapers no problems so far.

I shoot 2" whitetail specials with 30" DL and 70# and haven't had any problems. Deer and pigs.

Yup, you're good to go. I shot a Monster Xcel. for a long time maxed out at 72#. I was high 320's fps and never had an issue with Grim Reapers.

I actually need to up my arrow weight I think, but I'm using some Carbon Express Whitetail that came with my bow when I bought it. I haven't actually weighed them, but the arrow with all the components on it (vanes, insert, nock, broadhead) should come out to about 385 I think. Shooting a 29.5" arrow.

Ibo is like an imaginary number. Similar to miles per gallon. It’s all but unattainable. Lol.

Your bow will not prematurely ejac-u-spand a grim reaper.
