Oklahoma Non Resident liscense question...

I want to archery hunt whitetail and duck hunt in Oklahoma...

What non resident liscenses do I need exactly?

Want to do the 2017/2018 liscense. Not the Dec 31 cut off liscense.

It’s kind of confusing online for me.

I’ve duck hunted the state for years and pretty easy to understand online.

But these deer tags have me confused.

I can’t tell if you need a nonresident license AND a deer tag or just the deer tag. I think the last time I looked at it I thought I just need d the deer tag. Before I go back up I’ll just call the game warden. Really nice guy in my county.

You need the archery non-resident license which is valid until January 15. You also need the current year hunting license to duck hunt.

Oklahoma Non Resident liscense question...

Yep, for deer archery you only need the 2017 NR Deer Archery permit for $280.

You can do deer archery, muzzleloader and gun for only $840. Bargain!

If you’re only archery hunting all you need is the archery license. But you hunt all other game you need to purchase the annual Oklahoma hunting license.
