Rage hypodermics or grim reaper 1 3/8?

Ive killed many deer with Rage with probably 15 or so being with the Hypodermic. Zero complaints. I shot one doe perfect with a Grim Reaper WTS she only made it about 150 yards but it took about two hours to find her because there was just very few specs of blood. I got a complete pass through but from what we could tell the head didnt open all the way up. I could very well have done something wrong as far as the broadhead installation, but this has me afraid to try them again. As good as the rage have treated me I really have no reason to try anything else though. I have six still new hypos, when I need more heads I will probably try the Trypan.

I got them last year and then ended up using hypodermics, looking forward to giving them a chance. Have always heard good things about them.

Hypo's have a rubber shock collar to hold blades closed in flight. If you stick them in a quiver to hunt this tends to cut the collar a little each time and it will open in flight and airplane on you. I have video of this on a big 8 I tried to take... it was ugly. I now use the reaper white tail special 2" or the carni-four. They have a brass shock collar. I have since noticed larger wound channel and more blood.
