What's it going to set me back to have an old show pig processed?

Should be around 260# finished weight and I'm not going to go crazy getting a bunch of different sausages made. Just a plain old cut and wrap.

I had a show pig done in April a 306lb gilt. Just cut and wrapped and trimmings made into breakfast sausage. Was a hair over $200

Appreciate it. That's real close to what I was thinking but I've never had someone else do it for me. I just don't have the time or energy to do it myself anymore.
