Every year you hear about some idiot "shooting at movement" with a rifle and hitting another hunter, but I have never heard about someone doing it with a bow! That is next-level stupidity!

Exactly what I was just thinking, always hear it happening with rifles, can't believe the person randomly shot an arrow through a bush... praying he heals soon.

Attempted murder wouldn’t fly because you have to prove an intent to kill the victim. Deadly Conduct would be more fitting.
