Are you not getting power to the plug?

1st Read the nameplate to confirm amperage/wattage30amp or 40/50amp

Make sure you run correct wire size for amperage/wattage i.e 30amp =#10awg or #8 for =40/50amp

You will need 4 conductors typical colors(red/black/white/Green or bare)
      10/3 w/ground or 8/3 w/ground

Ensure wall plug is rated for same amperage as oven and breaker is off if terminated(made up)

      Make connections as follows

Red to brass connection on receptacle(plug)
Black to brass connection on receptacle(plug)
White to silver(chrome) connection on receptacle(plug)
Green (bare) to green connection on receptacle

      Breaker box

Match amp rating to oven 2-pole breaker required
      Connect red wire to breaker
      Connect black wire to breaker
Connect white wire to neutral bar (where other whites are connected)
Connect green wire to ground bar(where other greens/or bare wires are connected)

      Hope this helps

Make sure you turn the breaker off when working and back on when finished. Good luck
