I've met both.

Fred, at Bownanza a few years ago.


The first time I met Marty was a BAO ... I didn't even realize who he was at first. He insisted that I shoot his Widow, even after I told him that he might be less one arrow.

I'd say their hunting abilities are about equal, but Marty is a much better conversationalist ... Fred wouldn't even tell me hi, that night.
