Is it just me or is this place to the pits... poor customer service, ignorant employees, terrible selection, and never stocked. This ones by far the worst I've gone to even the woodlands a more city based store has a better hunting, and firearm dept. tired of coming up here and them never having the product or no one knowing anything.

The one off Pinecroft in the Woodlands is by far the best Academy i have ever been to.

They redesigned the entire store. Fishing now has its own counter with new displays and the store is much larger than it was before. Plus i been finding nice discounts on hunting stuff. Got a HSS ultralite harness for $44.

Yep the one in Conroe is the worst. I prefer the one in the woodlands.

Never been to that one but the last 5 times I've been to the Tomball academy, I've had to wait in line for 20 minutes because they only have one register open. So frustrating.

The new one is Spring is nice but the location is a pain. We go to the Woodlands location as well.

I go there from time to time and haven't noticed it but I'm in and out.

I was there Friday and there was a nice lady behind the register helping me.

I only go to my local Conroe store if I am being lazy. that store sucks! All my money goes to the one in the woodlands!
