I know its real early to start looking for next year's lease but i want to get a head start on next year's opportunities. So here's my situation, my current lease is near Mertzon which puts me 7.5 hours away from home. This really limits my hunting time/enjoyment.
I'd preferably like to find a place in the Junction area or So. TX that's easily accessible. That would put me about 5 hrs away.
My budget is $5k and i can contribute time and energy at the lease as needed. I usually hunt alone but may take my gf a time or two off my tags.
I mainly hunt WT and hogs but turkey, dove, and exotics are a plus. Also, I'm a responsible hunter and leasee.
