I guy I work with just went thru the flood and told me about there warranty and how easy it was to file a claim. I knew someone on here could use a little good news amongst all the flood mess.

I have a buddy that had three Cannon (and another non-Cannon) that were damaged by flood. He posted about it on another forum and THEY CONTACTED HIM to let him know they will replace all three. Top notch service.

That's impressive there. You don't here of very many companies reaching out to people to give them a warranty.

Fort Knox does the same. Hope I never need that warranty.

It's a great way to keep customers loyal and to spread the word about how they will take care of you. Gotta love good customer service.

Liberty will also fix a flooded safe -- had one today in a house that they are fixing.

My understanding was that they were replacing the interior coverings and shelves, as well as the drywall and would be replacing the keypad and some of the mechanism.

It was a pretty high dollar safe....

Glad i bought a cannon several years ago. I can't remember if i filled out and sent in the registration information. Unfortunately I'm bad about doing that.
